How to report a data issue

What to include

Name of the institute, agency, or doctor. What is incorrect. A link or reference to the official DGS source showing the correct information.

What we check

Every correction is verified against dgma.gov.in before the record is updated. We do not accept corrections without an official source.

Expected response

We aim to respond within 2–3 working days. If the correction is confirmed, the record will be updated shortly after.

Contact questions

Can institutes request updates?Yes. If you represent a DGS-approved institute and notice your listing is incorrect or missing, email us with the correct details and a reference to the official DGS record. We verify before making any changes.
What should I include in my message?Include the name of the institute, agency, or doctor; what is incorrect; and ideally a link or reference to the official DGS source that shows the correct information.
Does MarinePathway certify institutes?No. MarinePathway is an independent directory that reproduces official DGS data. We do not certify, endorse, or assess any institute, agency, or doctor. All certification decisions are made by DGS.
